Culture
‍Cellular devices are not permitted in our studio rooms to enable a mutual respect of space and time of all parties participating. If expecting a call, it may be best to reschedule your class. Once the studio door is closed, late entry is not permitted in order to preserve the safety of our clients and staff.

Returns/Refunds
SpoonMoon offers studio credit for any retail merchandise returned within thirty (30) days ofpurchase that can be used on any of our SpoonMoon offerings. Returned items must have tags still on and in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for studio credit.

Fees
A client must early cancel a reservation to a fitness class within twelve (12) hours, or unless otherwise noted in your membership agreement, of the class beginning. If the cancellation occurs within the twelve (12) hour window a charge of $15 is assessed and is considered a late cancel. If entering by purchase of a class package, the class is considered used and the fee applies.If a client does not late cancel and does not attend the booked fitness session, the resulting fee is $20 and considered a no show.  A no show fee also applies if a client is late to class and not allowed to enter. A $10 service fee will be charged immediately for any check, draft, credit card, or order returned for insufficient funds or any other reason. Should any payment become more than ten (10) days past due, you will be charged a late fee.

Session Cancellation Due to Low Attendance
‍We place a high energetic value on the collective sharing of space that group exercise provides. In order to preserve the experience offered, sessions with less than three (3) clients registered one (1) hour prior to start will be cancelled. We recommend having text or email notifications turned on in order to receive any notices regarding cancellation.

Membership Terms
SpoonMoon recurring payment memberships auto-draft monthly with no time commitment, but require a sixty (60) day cancellation notice unless otherwise noted by your membership agreement.

Membership Cancellation
SpoonMoon retains the right to cancel or suspend the membership of any person for any reason. If such cancellation or suspension is made due to violation of member policies, violation of terms of this contract, or due to damage rendered by a Member or Member’s guests, Members will remain responsible for the financial obligations of this contract as well as a $100 cancellation fee. In the case where SpoonMoon facilities or property are damaged, the Member will be responsible for the repair of or replacement of damaged items. Memberships will auto-renew annually, charged to a member’s payment method on file. The date of renewal is the anniversary of Member’s Effective Date.

To cancel a membership, member must complete and submit cancellation form found online.  Cancellation confirmation will be sent to the email address on file for member within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Should Member default on any payment obligation as called for in this Agreement, SpoonMoon will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and Member agrees to pay allowable interest, and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when any payment due under this Agreement is more than ten days late.

Membership freeze
Members are allowed to freeze memberships for up to three (3) months at a time with a $30 monthly autodraft charge unless otherwise noted by membership agreement.  To freeze a membership, members must complete and submit form found online. Membership resumes billing post freeze period and requires one (1) month of autodraft before a membership cancellation can be submitted. Membership cancellation terms apply.
