WHAT TO WEAR

Leggings, biker shorts, athletic tops / sports bras, etc.
Our rooms are 85+ degrees, so wear clothing that is breathable and comfortable! We don't recommend long sleeves or loose fitting pants
Gravity + Ignite: Wear normal athletic shoes
Define + Crescent: You can wear socks or go barefoot
Cycle: Wear our complimentary cycle shoes or purchase your on SPD cleated shoes

WHAT TO BRING

Water bottle for proper hydration
Slippers or slides for arrival and departure
Comfy change of clothes for post class
Snacks for pre/post class fuel
Friends

HOW TO CHECK IN

Arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have enough time to get comfortable
Check in on the iPads located in the lobby
Let us know you're new so we can show you around and get you set up for a great workout experience
We'll request a credit card be added to your account if not done previously

PRO TIPS

STAY FOR THE COOL DOWN
Our classes are 45 minutes long with cool downs included, so please plan to stay for the entire session as we ground you prior to leaving.
EAT BEFORE EVERY CLASS
Foods like apples, peanut butter, small protein shakes, meat sticks, and nuts are great to give you sufficient energy for your workout.
INCREASE WATER INTAKE 24 HOURS PRE + POST SESSION
Proper hydration is extremely important during our heated sessions.
